China clay is mixed in small batches to ensure consistency and then poured into individual moulds.
When the clay has set, our skilled craftsmen sculpt each detail by hand; cutting and cleaning the mould ready to fire.
Each product is finished with an off-white glaze, sprayed on by hand.
The subsequent firing process takes considerable time and requires the utmost care and attention.
Hand forming each piece allows us to offer an authentic and detailed design that stands the test of time.
