Choose a specific era for timeless beauty and glamour, or mix and match eras for creating a nostalgic, eclectic feel in your bathroom. These are our tips for adding deft vintage touches!

Patterns

Be bold and integrate a classic, vintage print into your bathroom. Make a statement by redecorating your bath (remember you can repaint a cast iron bath like our Usk, below, as many times as you like!) or something simpler like buying new towels in a vintage print. Bottles & Jars

By storing your bathroom products in vintage bottles and jars you can create an instant vintage look with very little effort and low cost. Gianna Rose Atelia sell their beautiful soaps in equally beautiful glass jars, which can be used long after the soap has gone. We also love Ball‘s simple but stylish mason jars. They have been in production since 1913 and are available in a range of colours and styles. Keep your eye out for some genuine vintage pieces, or pick up some of the anniversary series they launched last year.

Accessories

Accessories are the perfect way to add a vintage touch to any bathroom scheme. We love the art deco era and it is amazing what you can still find in antiques shops and at markets if you have a keen eye!
