Meet Our People

Relying on traditional handcraft skills, we take great pride in what we do.

Handcrafting our full range in three disciplines: Brass, Iron & Clay.

‘Our Brassware foundry is the most labour intensive and there are many different processes within this discipline.

From the ‘Lost Wax’ casting, where each detailed mould is created and then ‘lost’ in the process, every piece is carved and finished by hand. Then it is moved to the machine and lathe area to be worked on and from there to be tested, assembled and moved on to the massive polishing rooms.

Of course there are many small other smaller processes, from soldering parts to special finishing of products, but in general each area requires a range of skills and so many of our team are involved in every product from start to finish.’

Words From Our Founder

‘February 2020 in the cold winter and Drummond visited the factory to reminisce how the business has moved on from its inception over 30 years ago to where it stands today.

His pride and belief in producing the very best items can be seen in this short film which we hope you will enjoy.’ Click here to watch the film.

Working With Our Hands

‘A man who works with his hands is a laborer; a man who works with his hands and his brain is a craftsman; but a man who works with his hands and his brain and his heart is an artist’

Focus

Clear focus is the mind’s magic wand. It points your creativity in a particular direction and channels your experience behind it. Wherever you clearly focus, you create.
