Luxury bathroom manufacturers Drummonds have been awarded ISO: 9001:2008, underlining their commitment to quality management.
Drummonds’ ISO accreditation, which was achieved in partnership with the BSI, relates to the company’s sales and distribution operation. Elements of the process have included establishing the quality policy and manual, documenting the best practice procedures which were already in place, training an internal auditor and setting up new systems to further improve customer service.
Operations Manager Jonathan Smart, who initiated and implements Drummonds’ ISO processes, comments, “The ethos of the standard has now become part of our day to day working life. This accreditation gives our business a great platform for growth, sustainability and competitive advantage.
