Countryside Victorian House |

Connecticut, USA

This dominantly white bathroom is composed of wooden panels painted in crisp white and natural wood beams set out in a geometric pattern. It’s part of a charming Victorian house, located in Connecticut, USA. The whole is punctuated by metallic finishes in unlacquered brass.

One part of the room is designed around a vanity basin, highlighted by mirror medicine cabinets which are surrounded by 2 single Dalby light with conical glass shades, suspended from a cord and defined by smooth lines and easy versatility.

The powder room is comprised of a dove grey cupboard and a vanity basin, outlined by a large beautiful oval tilt mirror, an essential above any wash basin. The central window is bordered by 2 single Chessleton lights with fluted glass shade which bring timeless Art Deco touches to the bathroom.

The grey Tamar bath tub stands out beautifully with light shedding directly on it, thanks to its strategic position next to the window in the corner of the room. The Tamar is a compact double ended bath with a perfectly proportioned skirt. Its lower rim allows for easy access and roll top design makes this the perfect bath for a comfortable and relaxing soak. It’s completed by our bath & shower mixer with crosshead taps, featuring a classic bath spout with a built-in hand shower attachment. The tub is also accessorized with a small bath rack, a stunning solution for keeping essential products within reach.

Then, let’s focus on the shower space featuring our Mull Classic Shower Plate Thermo & 2 Way with a distinct, classic design. It’s completed by a handled shower rose, a separate unit which gives you the flexibility to place it wherever you choose in your enclosure. The shower is topped by our bestselling shower rose, a classic and timeless design that will suit your bathroom whether traditional or contemporary. It has a ball joint attachment to reduce limescale build up.

The lavatory has a nautical feel, with dark blue walls, serving as a backdrop where the vanity Naver’s white china and the natural wood loo seat pop out beautifully. The Naver basin is one of the best examples of time-honoured British bathroom design. The built-in plunger removes the need for a waste plug and chain whilst its generous dimensions make it perfect for larger bathrooms. It has an additional hand rail built onto the basin stand. When it comes to The Brora high level toilet, this features a hand crafted wall mounted cistern and classic pull and chain.
