Grade II Listed | Notting Hill

by Barlow & Barlow

Designed by interiors designers Barlow & Barlow, this Grade II listed Notting Hill apartment skilfully layers textures, colour and pattern into an urban update of quintessential British style.

The 1600 sft apartment boasts large windows that bring in light across the entire first floor of the Victorian building, which was re-built from the floor plan upwards.

Drummonds’ classic bathroomware is central to both the master and guest bathrooms.

Very much on-trend and with a strong maximalist vibe, the main bathroom features Drummonds’ Bute bath, handpainted in a bold azure blue, decorative Derwent wall lights and vibrant botanical furnishings.

In the guest suite, Drummonds’ single Lowther vanity with Arabescato marble and painted Wye bathtub take centre stage, sitting perfectly within the bathroom’s urban scheme.

Gleaming brassware from the Chessleton collection was chosen throughout – for the taps, towel rails and showers – bringing character and style to each space.

The showers are complemented by the sleek curves of the 200mm grand shower rose.

Finished in unlacquered brass, Drummonds’ products are beautifully contrasted against the handpainted Chinoiserie wallpaper and marble subway tiles that form the backdrop to both bathrooms.
